Our mission is outstanding care for patients and a healthy, sustainable workplace for our team. Each appointment is scheduled for only one patient — we do not overbook our providers. That's why attendance matters: to your health, and to the health of the practice.
No-shows & same-day cancellations
Cancelling with less than 24 hours' notice is a same-day cancellation. Missing an appointment without notifying us is a no-show. Within any 12-month period:
Cancelling with 24+ hours' notice is always free — life happens, and rescheduling with notice lets another patient take the slot.
The cancellation list
More than 3 cancelled or rescheduled visits in a 12-month period moves a patient onto our Cancellation List. While on the list:
- Advance scheduling is paused; visits happen through same-day availability — call or text the office on the day you'd like to be seen.
- If a same-day slot is open, it's yours.
- Medication refills can't be accommodated during this time, and provider preference isn't guaranteed.
- After successfully attending 3 same-day appointments, advance scheduling returns.
